Who helps with my admin?

 

When you email me, your message may be read by my assistant. They are professional, experienced and warm and will usually be able to respond within 48 hours.

 

Once we are working together, your information and bookings will be managed by power diary, online booking system,  You receive an automatic email confirmation, and text reminding you of your appointments

 

payment instructions and time in your applicable time zone.   I check my emails twice a day, and my assistant checks periodically throughout the day so we usually catch anything urgent too. Our email hours are 10am-5pm Tuesday to Thursday and 10am - 1pm Fridays.  I do however sometimes answer outside these hours.
